By accessing or using the website located at brentwoodepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com, or by engaging Brentwood Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to perform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our website or engage our services.
These terms apply to all visitors to our website and to all customers who enter into a service agreement with us, whether that agreement is written or verbal.
Brentwood Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing provides concrete flooring and coating services to residential and commercial customers, including but not limited to: epoxy floor coatings, garage floor coatings, polyaspartic coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, concrete resurfacing, concrete sealing, and surface preparation. Services are performed in Brentwood, CA and surrounding service areas.
Our website and any materials on it are for informational purposes only. Content on the site describes our services in general terms and is not a guarantee of specific outcomes. Actual project scope, cost, and results depend on site-specific conditions assessed during an on-site estimate.
All estimates provided by Brentwood Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing are based on conditions observed at the time of the site visit and information provided by the customer. Estimates are provided in writing and describe the scope of work, materials, and labor included in the quoted price.
An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have signed a written service agreement. Prices in a written estimate are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After that period, the estimate may be revised to reflect changes in material costs or site conditions.
Work performed outside the agreed scope - including additional repairs discovered during surface preparation, or changes requested by the customer after work has begun - may result in additional charges. We will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.
Once a project is scheduled, the customer is responsible for ensuring the work area is cleared and accessible by the agreed start time. This includes removing vehicles, stored items, furniture, and any other materials from the space to be coated. Failure to prepare the space may result in a rescheduled date and may incur a trip charge.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start may incur a fee to cover crew scheduling and material costs already committed. The specific fee, if any, will be stated in the signed service agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date.
Payment terms are outlined in the signed service agreement for each project. Typical terms include a deposit at signing, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept payment by check, cash, or electronic transfer unless otherwise stated.
Final payment is due on the day the work is completed, before our crew leaves the job site. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeline may accrue late fees as specified in the service agreement, and we reserve the right to pursue collection through available legal channels.
A lien may be placed on the property in accordance withCalifornia law if payment is not received for services rendered. We will provide required statutory notices before exercising any lien rights.
Any warranty offered on completed work will be described specifically in the signed service agreement. Warranty coverage, duration, and conditions vary by project type and product used. The written service agreement is the sole statement of any warranty we provide.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by: misuse or abuse of the coated surface, use of inappropriate cleaning products, vehicle traffic before full cure is complete, flooding or water intrusion from external sources, or structural movement or settling of the underlying slab.
Our website and its content are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that information on the site is accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance you place on information from this site is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brentwood Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, or from any service we perform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of use, or damage to property beyond the scope of the specific service provided.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific service project shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Brentwood, CA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of California.
